This is one of the half hour segments from IFC's Animation Celebration, recorded years ago on VHS.  It's a collection of short pieces, all good, but the main reason I kept the tape is the last one - "Zoom" - which I also posted by itself in the video "Other" section
It's what I would call custom made for the psychoactively inclined.
